Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription — no emails, no phone calls, no questions required.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then you keep full access and your remaining subscription credits.
  • After cancellation your account moves to the Free plan. Your reports and history stay forever, purchased credit packs remain yours, and price-tracking entries are paused — not deleted — and resume if you re-subscribe.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If ScanDrop is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of a purchase (first subscription charge or credit-pack purchase) at support@scandrop.org and we will refund it in full. When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from the account.

3. Additional rights for customers in Israel

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (distance selling), consumers in Israel may cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the transaction summary, whichever is later. To exercise this right, email support@scandrop.org with your account email and the transaction reference. Where the law permits, a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (the lower of the two) may apply, and value already consumed may be deducted as permitted by law.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically, and the renewal date and price are stated on the pricing page, at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. A reminder is sent before each renewal. If you cancel after a renewal you believe was unintended, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

5. Failed checks

This one is automatic: if an analysis fails for any reason, the credits it consumed are refunded to your balance immediately — you never pay for a report you did not receive.

6. How refunds are executed

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and approved refunds are executed by Paddle back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
