Accessibility Statement

עדכון אחרון: July 14, 2026

הנוסח האנגלי של מסמך זה הוא הנוסח המחייב.

ScanDrop is committed to making its website and application usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We target compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and with the Israeli accessibility regulations for internet services (Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations, 5773-2013).

What is implemented

  • A floating accessibility widget, available on every page, offering: three levels of text enlargement, high contrast, grayscale, a readable font, link highlighting, a large cursor, and a full stop of all animations.
  • Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference across every animation on the site.
  • Full keyboard navigability, visible focus states, and ARIA labelling on icon-only controls.
  • Right-to-left layout for Hebrew and Arabic, including mirrored components.
  • Color contrast meeting AA ratios, and score information conveyed by number and label — never by color alone.
  • Alt text on informative images and semantic heading structure.

Known limitations

Report PDFs are generated as visual documents; while they carry the report text, complex charts inside them are best consumed in the web report, which is fully accessible. Third-party payment windows (Paddle) follow Paddle's own accessibility program.

Found a problem?

If any part of ScanDrop is hard for you to use, please tell us — it will be treated as a bug, not feedback. Accessibility coordinator: support@scandrop.org(subject: "Accessibility"). We aim to respond within 48 hours.
